The KACH-R series is an energy-saving annealing furnace specifically designed for single and double zero foil annealing. It is suitable for various annealing and drying needs with heating temperatures ranging from 100-400°C. The furnace can set heating curves based on process requirements, with a maximum furnace atmosphere temperature rise of ≤100°C/h. Featuring an innovative energy-saving heating device paired with a creative air duct design, it achieves a furnace temperature difference of ≤±3°C. This significantly reduces annealing energy consumption, ensures uniform heating of aluminum coils, minimizes bulging, and allows for thorough evaporation of oil and gas. It is capable of producing high-quality single and double zero aluminum foil products in various specifications.
